How do I book a trolley with Knox Vegas Style?
Booking is easy! Just fill out our inquiry form on the website or give us a call. A deposit is required to reserve your date.

Is a deposit required?
Yes, a 25% deposit is required to reserve your date. The deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable.

When is the final payment due?
Due to the high demand and having a waiting list, we require the final payment no later than 21 days before the day of the event.

How far in advance should I reserve a trolley?
We recommend booking at least 3–6 months ahead, especially during wedding season and major events in Knoxville.

What areas do you serve?
We proudly serve Knoxville and the surrounding East Tennessee area. For events outside this region, contact us for travel availability and rates

How many passengers can your trolley accommodate?
Our trolleys seat up to 22 guests comfortably and have space for standing, depending on the type of event.

What is your rental minimum?
We have a 2-hour minimum for most events. Extended rentals are available for longer celebrations or multiple stops.

Rates vary based on the day, duration, distance, and any customization. Contact us for a personalized quote—we’ll work to fit your vision and budget.

Can we bring food or alcohol onboard?
Yes! You're welcome to bring food and beverages, including alcohol (with proper permits if required). We ask that you drink responsibly and may require a refundable cleaning deposit.

Yes, our trolleys are equipped with both heating and air conditioning to keep your group comfortable in any season.

Can we decorate the trolley for our event?
Definitely! We love seeing your personal touch. You can add decorations, signs, and themes if they don’t damage the trolley. Ask us about guidelines.

Do your rentals include a driver?
Yes, every rental comes with a professional, licensed driver who knows the Knoxville area and will keep your group safe and on schedule.

What if we need more time than we booked?
No problem—overtime is available and will be billed in 30-minute increments. We’ll always confirm these details in your rental agreement.

What’s your cancellation policy?
Cancellations made more than 21+ days in advance are eligible for a full or partial refund. Cancellations within 14 days of the event may result in a forfeited deposit.

Is the trolley wheelchair accessible?
Currently, our trolley is not wheelchair accessible.
